We do not add water to our goat milk shampoo bar, so they last a LONG time. If you care for them correctly (by keeping them dry between uses), they should replace 2-3 bottles of shampoo. These are the perfect no-waste solution for natural hair care.

Ingredient Hi-Lights:

Powdered Goat Milk (from our own herd of goats): Goat milk is an excellent source of protein, which is important for hair growth and strength. It helps to naturally strengthen hair follicles and the natural fats help to leave it shiny and manageable. Additionally, goat milk helps to promote a balanced pH, reducing inflammation.

Rice Flour: Rice is very popular in the hair care industry! The amino acids found in rice assist in strengthening hair strands and repairing damage. Regular use may contribute to strong, healthy and resilient hair.

Castor Oil: This rich oil contains ricinoleic acid, a fatty acid that can strengthen the hair shaft and reduce breakage. Castor oil is a humectant, which means that it attracts moisture. It can also add shine and luster!

Sodium Cocoyl Isethonate: This is a gentle, sulfate free, surfactant made from coconut oil! It provides a wonderful, gentle lather.

Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate: This is a gentle, sulfate free, vegetable based surfactant made from coconut and palm oil. It is NOT the same thing as SLS, it is much more gentle and does not penetrate the skin, and is widely recognized as a skin and hair safe product. It helps to produce a rich, creamy lather in the hair!

Cocamidopropyl Betanie: Another surfactant derived from coconut oil. It is very mild and helps to stabilize the lather.

Essential Oils (if applicable): Rosemary essential oil has long been known to help increase hair growth, and tea tree oil helps cleanse the hair by unclogging the hair follicles and nourishing the roots.
